At LAPA, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines when and how returns or refunds are accepted to protect both your experience and our business integrity.
1. Return Eligibility
We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item (e.g., incorrect flavour or quantity)
- The item was damaged or defective upon delivery
- The item was delivered past its expiry date
❌ Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Taste preferences
- Opened or partially used items
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- Request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order
- Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase and photo evidence must be provided (e.g., product, outer packaging, delivery label)

3. Refunds & Replacements
Once your return is approved:
- You may receive a refund to your original payment method, or
- A replacement item, depending on stock availability
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear after processing.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of a return caused by our error (see below).
4. Return & Replacement Shipping Responsibility
If the return is due to our mistake—such as sending the wrong item, delivering a damaged product, or providing goods past their expiry date—LAPA will bear the shipping cost for both the return from you to us, and for sending the replacement item back to you.
However, if the return is due to reasons not caused by LAPA (for example, ordering the wrong item, accidental purchases, or personal dissatisfaction), then you will be responsible for both the return shipping cost and the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.
We will provide return instructions and our shipping address once your return request has been validated.
5. Discounted & Promotional Purchases
Items purchased using discount codes, vouchers, or promotional offers are eligible for return, provided they meet all conditions under Section 1 & 2.
However:
- Refunds are issued based on the amount paid, not the product’s full retail price
- Discount codes used cannot be reinstated or reused
- Any free gifts or bundled items must be returned along with the main product to qualify for a full refund
Example: If you used a RM10 voucher on a RM50 product, your refund will be RM40.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or shipped.
